Booking Policy

Dress Code

We request that all guests dress neatly and avoid overly casual clothing

Age Policy

Excluding guests that are visiting as part of a dining party, Schiller’s Hall operates an over 21 policy for drinks. Children are welcome to dine, but must vacate by 9pm.

Assistance Dog Policy

At Schiller’s Hall we are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all our guests, including those accompanied by assistance dogs. In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, we ensure full access for disabled people and their assistance dogs. We aim to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable while balancing the needs of all our guests.

Recommendations for Assistance Dog Owners:

– Identification: Whilst not required, we recommend that assistance dogs wear identifying harnesses or vests to help our staff recognise them quickly. The venues can at times be dark so we would also recommend high vis or a light collar is worn so that the dogs are easily spotted by other guests.

– Space and Comfort: If possible, please inform us in advance of your visit so we can reserve a suitable area for you and your assistance dog.

– Water: Please let us know if you need a water bowl for your dog during your visit.

Should you have any further requirements, please don’t hesitate to ask one of our team members, we are here to help you.

Dog Policy

We allow well behaved dogs of all sizes until 9pm.

Right of Admission

Our management team reserve the right to refuse admission at any time and advise all guests to please drink responsibly.
